I took the post-partum class when my milk supply was dropping and I was stressed out of my mind. The personalized approach made all the difference. Krutika didn't just tell me what to do, she actually understood MY body, MY stress levels, MY situation and helped me understand scientifically about effectively increasing the milk supply. 3 months of her daily chat support and I went from thinking 'I can't do this' to feeling like a strong mother.
